Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Technaaf Reminders. By using the service, you agree to them. They are effective from 18 August 2026.
The service
Technaaf Reminders is a free service that schedules reminders for delivery through WhatsApp. It does not currently require an account and has no subscription or billing fees. Technaaf Reminders is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your reminder content, the accuracy of the phone number and timing you provide, and having any permission needed to use that number. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unsolicited messages, spam, or reminders directed to another person without their permission.
Availability and enforcement
We work to deliver reminders reliably, but delivery may be late, interrupted, or unsuccessful because of network, WhatsApp, or other technical issues. Do not rely on the service for emergency, medical, safety-critical, or other time-sensitive notices. We may suspend or stop access when these terms are breached or the service is misused.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that it will always be available, accurate, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Technaaf is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed reminders, or losses caused by your reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes, law, and contact
We may change the service or these terms. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Irish law governs these terms, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
